♡ TERMS OF SERVICE ♡

By purchasing a commission from me you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide the following rules.
These terms are subject to change or update.

General Terms

♡ I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time.
♡ I start the commission after receiving the full payment.
♡ The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece for their own personal use but please credit me. Commercial use is prohibited.
♡ I don’t usually mind minor edits to my artwork [ex. CS traits, minor detail changes to a design] but major edits to my artwork isn’t allowed without my written permission.
♡ Payment is by Paypal (USD). I will send an invoice.

Refunds
♡ No refund are given if I already started the piece. If I’m at the sketch, 50% refund. If I didn’t start yet, 100% refund. I will not give a full refund if you are not satisfied with the finished product, I send WIPs as I work on your commission which gives plenty of chances to ask for edits.
♡ I will edit any parts that are my fault [missed parts that were on the ref, etc] with no charge.
♡ It happens very rarely but if I do take a long time to finish your commission, [2 months] with no progress / wips, you may ask for a full refund.
♡ I hold the right to make refunds if I am unable / no longer willing to complete your commission.
♡ I will not work with a deadline.
However, fast tickets are $20 and I can finish your commission within 1 week.
